Nepenthes suratensis (Surat Thani, Thailand) FV-144-IC

Endemic to near sea level within the Surat Thani Province of southern Thailand, N. suratensis is critically endangered and threatened by land development. Known to science for almost a century, this species is best known for its vibrant orange and red lower pitchers, similar to those of other Indochinese Nepenthes species.

Pictured plant is potted in a 7 x 7 cm pot for reference. Sizes may vary slightly.
